Hiretech Apprentice Shortlisted For Gold Award
Following being shortlisted in the Small Company of the Year category for the 2017 Press and Journal Gold Awards, Hiretech has achieved further success as 4th year apprentice James Farquhar has been shortlisted for the Apprentice Award.
James, age 19, joined Hiretech in August 2014 and over the past three years has been undertaking an HNC in Engineering at NESCOL in Fraserburgh, whilst also being involved daily in the preparation and maintenance of equipment for client hire.
Delighted to have been shortlisted following nomination and an interview by the judging panel, James said, “I’m really pleased to have been shortlisted, it recognises how much I have accomplished throughout my apprenticeship at Hiretech. If I was to win, it would be recognition for both myself and the team that has mentored me through my apprenticeship and got me to the stage I am at today”.
